Apartment, condominium, duplex, triplex and mobile home owners and tenants may be eligible for rebates on high efficiency toilets, ultra low flow toilets, high efficiency clothes washers, irrigation controllers, rotary spray heads and synthetic turf. Funds are limited.

Step up to the latest water-saving devices and strategies for sites of one acre or more.
The California Friendly New Home Program offers a limited number of financial incentives for single- and multi-family new home developments to encourage installation of water-efficient landscaping, fixtures and appliances in model homes or units.* All three of these elements—landscape, fixtures and appliances—can provide significant water savings for the homeowner without sacrifice.
Rebates may also be available for production homes and common area in multi-family developments.
*Note: custom homes are eligible for rebates through the SoCal Water$mart program. The California Friendly® New Home program is for new home developments. Funds for both programs are limited and subject to availability.
